General: Customer satisfaction is important. Please note that the artist reserves the right to change prices or other information at any time. The purchaser should confirm pricing and availability before proceeding with the transaction. Payment by PayPal is preferred. Email invoicing through Google Checkout is also possible. No checks or money orders accepted at this time. Artwork may be shipped to United States addresses. No international sales or shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping will be via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on convenience and size of packaging. Requests for a specific carrier will be given due consideration. All packages will be insured. Remote locations (including Alaska and Hawaii) may require additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are usually $10.00 per item for works smaller than 8-in by 10-in not including framing. Larger works are $20.00 unless otherwise noted on the display page (for example, an unusually heavy frame may require a higher shipping allowance). Discounted or free shipping fees may be possible with the purchase of more than one artwork. Gift wrapping and associated greeting cards are available; kindly inquire for details. Paintings and drawings are shipped already framed and ready to hang on your wall. Purchasers may wish to have the works reframed for various reasons. This option is entirely up to the purchaser and at his discretion and expense as the artist is not in the framing business. The artist uses quality wood frames or metal frames which she has on hand at the time. Some works may also include matting and glazing (noted on the display page in the descriptions beneath the images). Notecards featuring the displayed images may also be available (be sure to inquire further if interested). Payment: Processing of orders may take up to 5 or 6 business days, but most packages should arrive at their destination quickly once payment has been verified. Repeat customers may expect expedited service. PayPal members can send money to my email address (preferably to cskeezix@gmail ). It is easy to register with PayPal if you have never done so previously. Or I can send an invitation for payment or invoice from PayPal directly to your email address. Please do not send your credit card number to me as I cannot myself handle such transactions at this time. (Remember to be careful not to list your credit card number in any email as email is not a secure medium.) Alternatively, you may request that I have a Google Checkout invoice sent directly to your email address if you prefer that program (which also handles credit card transactions through the Google organization). Please inquire about the availability of any item before forwarding payment. Returns: Only upon agreement between the artist and the purchaser may an item be returned in the original shipping box for a refund of the purchase price (but not the shipping fee). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Naturally, if the purchaser is unhappy with the work for any reason, then that piece should be returned at once. Sales Tax: There is a tax for purchases shipped within Vermont. The current sales tax rate is 6 percent. This amount will be added to the total price. Please bear this in mind if you live in my home state of Vermont. Sales to other states are tax-free. Send an email if further information or clarification is necessary.
